Review of Cellular = ongoing not yet resolved
it's so bad, I've wondered if the company has been sold recently, or a victim of arbitrager practices. Not the same company when I first got on board years ago. Totally different CustServ, Billing, and a chiief complaint - when I call in w/prob and get switched around, initial agent DOES NOT make notes in data base. I have to explain over......and over.........and over again what the problem is. Call today landed with "David," he did very well before my call was dropped. I require package from you for a return of two defective phones, that I am returning for credit. They don't work, defective, notes are in your data base. I HAD A PREMIUM ACCOUNT WITH FILESONIC FOR A YEAR. THEY DISABLED THEIR FILESHARING SERVICES EARLIER THIS MONTH. 30 day unlimited ends and still being charged
In December of 2011, I signed up for a 30 day unlimited trial with Filesonic. After the period ended, my login was disabled and I went about my business, however, it is now march 2012, and my paypal account has been charged every month since, including this month (March). I sent an email to the "help" desk and received a form email showing a FAQ and that's about it. tried the live chat -- there is no live chat. Leave a message and live chat are the same. I cannot as yet find a phone number for them. I'd rather not do the Paypal thing as I doubt it will be helpful. I would advise anyone trying their service to watch them closely, as I don't this they are above board, however, to their credit as I have not been able to successfully contact a human from Filesonic I cannot say if it is a mistake, but my gut tells me this is a rip off in progress. Filesonic - terrible service!
Paid for Premium Lifetime service which included decent speeds and storage. Filesonic (known through the media postings!) has shut down their file sharing feature and there's no customer service. Only receive "canned" replies! No telephone number listed but is located primarily in HK with an office in Surrey, UK. Company REFUSES to refund the Premium Lifetime fee so I won't be seeing that anymore >:( STAY AWAY from Filesonic and most of the other online storage companies. Many have stopped file sharing due to the MegaUpload incident even though it has not gone to trial. Heck, the policy authoritites still have to find and extradite the people to the US, much less get anything ready for trial! All the other online storage sites have taken the "Guilty!" position already and limited their services now! DON'T pay for lifetime access as it's NON-REFUNDABLE! Don't even pay for monthly access if those companies limit anything on your account!

I was robbed by Filesonic
My intention was to acquire a software that allow me the possibility to copy text from PDF files in order to insert such text (not as image) in PowerPoint or Word documents. I followed the instructions and ended up in obtaining "some space in the cloud to storage my files". When I informed the company this was not what I was looking for and asked the reimbursement of the 55 USD paid, the answer was that this was my fault and they do not have a refund policy. I accepted my error and insisted in obtaining the reimbursement but the company refused to do it, arguing that it was my fault. The last text message sent to Filesonic was this: I really can not understand why, if you are aware and accept that I bought something -by mistake- that is not what I was looking for, YOU INSIST THAT YOU DON´T HAVE A REFUND POLICY. This, in simple words, is a robbery and I will take care of telling about everybody I can reach, and for sure it´s a lot of people. The best of this story is that you are stealing me and that I am not the one who is stealing you!!!!

Filesonic shut my account down
Filesonic shut my account down without telling me why. They do not answer my emails and i have request them to close my account and refund money they have not responded for two weeks or better. They do not respond to any thing I do. Why are they mum about whats going on. I have not violated any of the terms or conditions. Why are companies like this allowed to operate in USA. Some thing needs to be done so these companies have to do whats right. I paid them 149.00 US. dollars. I signed up in April of this year. It has been a hassel every since i signed up. Bad mistake. only will sign up for a month at a time.

Fraud Filesonic Fraud Scamsite
Filesonic's "Premium" is total scam. They promise fast download etc., but nothing like "Premium-menbership" never exists. They haven't any capacity, or power, or rights, to deliver , what they promise. Instead, for "free" users, they can gradually worsen and interrupt downloading. That's they make , to hook more people to pay FOR NOTHING! And same is the case for every "downloadsite", like: wupload,fileserve,megaupload and the rest tens of sites. All is a BIIIIIIIIG!!! scam and fraud, to get people to pay for something, that is outside ruling laws! And what they have no intension to deliver, despite fancy webpages all over in the net, promising just that!

FILESONIC Stealed Money from Users
I paid thru PayPal for 30month unlimited download, hoping to get a faster download. But did not get I wanted. Emails got only automated response.the worst is that they: 1. Turned my one-time order into monthly subscription order and charge my PayPal account every month. 2. They changed my profile setting to stop notification of their monthly charges from my PayPal account. This I think is a criminal act. I wonder how PayPal let them do that? Any victim should file a complaint with Pay Pal, the Better Business Bureau, and their local Attorney General office. Anyone who has knowledge about class action sueing should start one against FileSonic. I think they have done the same thing to many others.

Filesonic Scam
I wanted to download a file and was told that I had to buy a membership to download that particular file. Since I only needed that one file, I decided to buy a ONE month premium membership. (Notice the stress on the one) Turns out Filesonic automatically made it a recurring payment, which I definitely did not want. They never sent me any emails or anything so I didn't notice until I saw another charge on PayPal. I have a feeling they do it to alot of people. And as far as their service goes, it sucks. The download was insanely slow, and I ended up quitting. Do not use them. They're a total scam!

Filesonic sucks Big Time!!!
Don't ever pay for a premium subscription for this service cause it's not a service at all.Download speeds are so slow that remind me of the dial up connections we used to have 10 years ago!Premium and free users.Wrote an email explaining the problem and the only response i got was an automated or copy-pasted answer which didn't help at all.The funny thing is that all download links now are uploaded to filesonic!Why???Hotfile and Rapidshare rock!!!Never had a problem with them.No slow speeds never!Stay away from them!

Filesonic filehosting fraud
I purchased a 30 day premium account with Filesonic. Rather than gaining access to unlimited downloads without time or size restrictions, I've rarely been able to access and download any of the files, and when I could do so I have never been able to download more than one file at a time. Filesonic Support responded to my initial inquiries saying I should clear my cookies and cache and reboot before trying again, but this failed to resolve the problem. After my second attempt to fix the issue using the instructions they provided, all subsequent inquiries have been ignored by Filesonic Customer Service. My 30 day account expires in 9 days, and clearly they have no intention of addressing this issue. I've contacted the support team for premium accounts almost daily, and they're obviously not bothered by taking someone's money and ignoring them when they don't deliver. Don't *** away money on this service,

FILESONIC IS ATROCIOUS
The download speeds that filesonic supply their premium users with is absolutely disgraceful. I used to get 1mb/sec + using rapidshare or hotfile. Having recently used filesonic for the last 4 months, i do believe i am averaging 25kb/sec. Its disgracefull that they can charge and accept so much for a service which they fail on supplying. Then when you ask for a refund they tell you to get ***. What can we do about it? Absolutely nothing. *** Filesonic. Back to rapidshare and hotfile or may try fileserve. *** YOU FILESONIC...I will never be paying for another month unless the speeds reach what they should be.

No help accessing their files have paid membership
I paid for a premium membership in order to download books almost all downloads are filesonic files it will not allow me to open files contacted filesonic 4 times they said it was my problem after 4th contact I asked for my money back since I was not getting any service or product they replied no they do not do refunds in my book this is theft I have downloaded all extensions they said to download and have followed all their instructions I am able to download other files but most of the books I want are on their files.

I canceled monthy sub once when they disabled sharing through PayPal (thats what their FAQ said)
After that I was fine until this month when I got info from PayPal that 9 went to FS again.
I disputed it with PP right away and I got money back.
Signed up for a one month use.
Automatically kept charging after that month without my consent.
Never used their services as
1) I had signed up for one month only
2) Not more possibility to share files, only store your own.
(note totally different service)
Trying to resolve with Paypal - let's see what their 'insurance' and 'safety' is worth it.
Be smart - think twice before signing up with this company.
NOTE: did claim for money back at Filesonic - they declined (of course) immediately. (Theft Sonic)
There may be a time limit after payment date
The bastards won't pay back a cent a load of *** hope the FBI locks them up for good
